Domestic Shipping (USA)

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.

Ground Shipping

• Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $50 (pre‑tax).

• $7.99 Flat Rate Ground Shipping for orders under $50. Ground shipments typically arrive within 3–9 business days, depending on destination and carrier volume.

Expedited Shipping Options

The following UPS services are available at checkout. Pricing and availability vary by destination and real‑time carrier rates:

• UPS 2nd Day Air®

• UPS Next Day Air Saver®

• UPS Next Day Air®

• UPS Next Day Air® Early

Expedited delivery windows are determined by UPS and displayed during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Sunday. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM CST may be processed the next business day.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not currently offer international shipping.

• UPS expedited services may not be available for PO Boxes or certain remote locations.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@zehops.com within 7 days of delivery. We will assist with replacement or claim processing.
